POSITION: Membership Service Admin. Maintain the online membership service spreadsheet, enter manually submitted service reports via the online form, and send email reminders to people still in need of doing service in the second half of their membership year. Possibly help maintain the club's online job board and postings.
POSITION: Clubhouse Cleaning Coordinator. Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment, coordinate cleaning staff when available to keep restroom, kitchen, floors and mats clean on a regular basis. Pitch in as needed.
POSITION: Kichen Manager. Keep kitchen stocked with drinks and chips, paper goods and supplies, maintain cooking gear and utensils. Coordinate food prep for events such as open house, trap meets and any other activities. Manage kitchen help including assistants to staff events when not available. Help plan and manage any food oriented fundrasing events. FILLED - Thanks Lenny
SERVICE OPPORTUNITY: Finish staining the deck and walkway, along with the unfinished support posts and railes. Should be within a 4 hour timeframe. Materials and tools will be provided. Contact Dave Lonobile to coordinate and receive instructions. Planned for 4/26 work day, let us know if you can come do this!
SERVICE OPPORTUNITY: Vacuum clubhouse floors quarterly. Vacuum runners and edges, vacuum foyer. Clean bathroom.
SERVICE OPPORTUNITY: Paint skirting boards for range house and install. See Jamie Boyd Planned for 4/26 work day, let us know if you can come do this!
SERVICE OPPORTUNITY: Cooks and Helpers always needed to do short order basic cooking for the @ 6 yearly events. Hot dogs and hamburgers, breakfast sandwiches and breakfast combos. Pizza and Wings. Etc. Etc.
SERVICE OPPORTUNITY: Trap meet help. Every year, LGC hosts several Trap meets where 100+ people come to shoot. People are needed for check-in, organization, scoring, kicthen help, machine reloading and general coordination. These are fun events and a chance for LGC to shine. One or two days on a weekend from @ 8-2. Easy and enjoyable work. See Paul Toarmino for more information
